Do the Awareness Risk Analysis with your team
Do a brainstorm and find out the biggest cyber risks to the organization:
- Answer the following question individually on Post-Its in silence (3-5): What are the biggest current cyber risks according to employees?*
- Individually present your ideas to the rest of the group and stick the Post-Its anywhere on the poster.
- Silently in up to 5 minutes: move with the team the Post-Its on the poster, thinking about the probability (how often it happens) and potential damage (what the impact is on the organization if it happens). After a few minutes, discuss the Post-its about which there is a disagreement.
- At the top right are the key cyber topics you need to address as an organization. Use these topics as input to the Awareness Activity Canvas to develop an awareness activity.
*For this you can also use the Cyber Barometer report.
