Awareness Activities Canvas
The Awareness Activity Canvas is a great tool for developing an awareness activity.
With the Awareness Activity Canvas, you quickly develop an awareness activity and can easily share the idea. The model provides insight into the key facets of an activity. Should you have entered multiple canvases you can easily compare them. The Awareness Activities Canvas was developed by Brooklyn Partners.

Checklist Resistance Canvas
How do you use the canvas?
-
- Stick to the suggested order. Start with number 1 on the poster.*
- Stay positive and open to everyone’s ideas, share your opinion only if it is constructive to someone else’s idea.
- Do a brainstorm for each section. Individually and silently think about a question for 2-3 minutes and write your ideas on a Post-It. Then listen to each other’s ideas. Group the ideas and stick them on the canvas.
- At “Activities” (number 5), extra energy is needed; this is where the real creatives make the difference, so do a Brainstorm Booster! Brainstorm > Coffee > Brainstorm :-).
- Be realistic when setting goals in “Measuring Success” (number 9).
- Always take a picture afterwards.
- Share your idea in your organization and ask your team members to come up with at least two areas for improvement after three days.
*If you haven’t figured out your organization’s most important risk, do the Awareness Risk Analysis first.
