Give your ambassadors the tools they need to help them.
Line managers and ambassadors have a key role in the organization to encourage safe behavior regarding security and privacy. They create a safe culture where colleagues can call each other to account for unsafe behavior and where colleagues encourage each other to report incidents.
About the Ambassador Training
An effective Ambassador Network takes ownership of processes and the related (residual) risks.
Examples of specific topics from the Ambassador Network program:
- How do you reward safe behavior?
- How do you increase knowledge about risk?
- How do you act in crisis situations?
- How do you use the organizational toolbox such as DPIA templates, BIV classifications and risk analyses?
From the Cyber Barometer and strategy workshop, we will jointly determine which individuals are suitable to become ambassadors for the Ambassador Network.
Specifically, what do you get:
Workshops for security and privacy ambassadors and executives.
- Workshops in which ambassadors and supervisors receive concrete tools to help colleagues work more safely.
- Cyber Barometer Results.
- Results strategy workshop.
- Introduction of campaigns for upcoming quarter including leadership and ambassador role.
- Results of previous campaign.
- Training on specific topics based on Cyber Barometer.
